    My expirence was in court with the DA representing my daughter in a domestic violence case against her husband. We had what should have been a solid case per the Assitiant DA, but when we reported to court, we were approached with a plea offer that the defendant AGREED to sign "simple assault instead of assault on female" which my daughter did not take. She had pictures of her abuse taken by the sherriffs office, EMS arrived to check her out, 911 calls were made but NEVER brought into court??? I dont understand how the ADA can tell my daughter NOT to bring up the past, but his Attorney put his friends on the stand and questioned about past arguements? I feel like my daughter was a victim again by our court system, while he walked out a winner. I feel like my daughter should have gotten the same treatment and justice as yours would have if you had one that went through the same ordeal. A complete and total let down of our judicial system.....no wonder why domestic violence is so out of control.

    not happy that they dont seem to have a chip reader, or know a near by vet that does to check for the chips! Our 3 yr old cat had been stolen, they had him up for adoption and 2 months went by with him gone to find he's been sent to SC for adoption where they checked for a chip, and we got him back after we had to adopt him! USE YOUR FUNDING AND GET WITH THE TIMES
